FREE SHIPPING
In the event of a late delivery we will do our upmost to get your bag to you as quickly as possible. However unless your order is dispatched late, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of the courier service (DHL & FedEx) or a result of customs clearance delays..
US & Canadian customers should receive their bags within 4-6 business days
Australian customers should expect to receive their bags within 4-6 business days
UK & Europe customers expect to receive within 5 business days.
RETURNS
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item or for any other reason.You have 14 days, after receiving the item to notify SHNB of your intention to return an item. Then you have 14 days more to ensure SHNB receives the item back.
Please notify us by email at stylehasnoboundaries@gmail.com with your order number and we will email your nearest returns address.
If your item is faulty please include pictures showing the fault

Leather Bags
We have different standard embroidery colours for the different colours of leather.
Brown Leather: Brown, Black, Cream
Black Leather: Black, Grey, White
Cognac Suede: Brown, White, Black.
Choose the colour of embroidery and stitching thread depending on the colour of the leather ** Choose from up to 4 letters or numbers to be sewn onto the front bottom left corner (opposite side of the MAHI badge). **Please select 'Personalisation' and then add your chosen letters and/or numbers (1, 2, 3 or 4) into the 'notes' section when you place your order. E.g JMRB, DAP, JR, K**
Canvas Bags
The canvas bags have 1 standard embroidery colour each:

Green - Brown
