In the event of a late delivery we will do our upmost to get your bag to you as quickly as possible. However unless your order is dispatched late, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of the courier service (DHL & FedEx) or a result of customs clearance delays..
US & Canadian customers should receive their bags within 4-6 business days
Australian customers should expect to receive their bags within 4-6 business days
UK & Europe customers expect to receive within 5 business days.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item or for any other reason.You have 14 days, after receiving the item to notify SHNB of your intention to return an item. Then you have 14 days more to ensure SHNB receives the item back.
Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we will email your nearest returns address.
If your item is faulty please include pictures showing the fault
